Comparative analysis of CMOS CNFET & MEMRISTOR Based FULL ADDER
On bit full adder cell is one of the most frequently used digital circuit component in Arithmetic Logic Unit (ALU) which is most essential functional unit of all computational circuit. In this project CMOS CNFET, Memristor based full adder circuit are implemented at 45nm and 180nm technology and performance parameters such as Power Delay Product(PDP), Propagation Delay, Power Consumption and Area Utilization are compared using Cadence Virtuoso simulator software
